Richard Hill

Director

Richard is a Director and founding partner and has worked in financial services since 2005, he has a wealth of experience in the financial sector.

Richard is passionate about helping his clients to preserve assets for long-term financial security, ensure they adequately protect assets from potential threats and effectively manage capital and borrowings.

Richard will agree on a financial roadmap with you, identifying future objectives and these are reviewed at regular intervals to achieve each client’s individual financial goals and aspirations.

Outside of work, Richard is kept very busy and loves nothing better than spending time with his young family.

Andrew Woodruff

Director

Andrew is a Director and founding partner of Woodruff Hill Wealth Management Limited, having worked in financial services since 1994.

Andrew’s passion is developing lifelong relationships with clients, helping them to secure their financial future for their families through the breadth of wealth management and intergenerational financial planning services he provides.
By taking the time to ensure he is clear on his client’s priorities, Andrew implements strategies that help them achieve their objectives – at all stages of life.

Primarily, Andrew aims to simplify the world of finance and help to make clients feel confident in their decisions, enjoying the process rather than dreading it. When he is not busy helping clients, Andrew is a keen sports fan (in particular, Sheffield Wednesday FC). He also loves playing golf, keeping fit, practising Yoga and spending time with his family.

Alex Roberts

Adviser

Alex is accredited as a financial education specialist and comes from a strong background in education. Passionate about helping his clients achieve a well-rounded knowledge of the financial world, Alex hopes to simplify what can seem like a complex area to many.

Something Alex considers to be crucial is giving clients confidence when making important decisions about how their wealth is managed, which he does by taking the time to develop his clients understanding of finances.
His main goal is helping clients achieve financial security and affluence for themselves and their families, with comfort and understanding of the strategies being put in place.

In his spare time, Alex volunteers in local schools helping to educate the next generation on how to manage their finances, something he believes is of the utmost importance. He is also an avid hiker and can often be found on weekends enjoying the great outdoors, in particular, the stunning local peak district.

Leanne Wrafter-Saxton

Practice Manager

Leanne Wrafter-Saxton is our Practice Manager.

With over 21 years of experience in financial services she has an abundance of financial knowledge.

She is a great leader who possesses a clear vision, has integrity, and ensures that the Practice runs smoothly and efficiently.

She is very passionate about delivering an exemplary service to all our clients receiving financial advice in Doncaster and across the UK and is also very committed to contributing to the continued success of Woodruff Hill.

Outside of work Leanne enjoys spending time with her family, they like to go on family days out and various activities including walking, baking and football.

Katie Cockram

Report Writer

Our ‘go-to’ person for technical and compliance issues within the Practice, Katie joined us at Woodruff Hill in 2015.

Katie is responsible for assisting our partners with research to meet the bespoke needs of each of our clients, with her role including report writing, investment analysis and providing evidence for consideration by clients.

Katie is also currently studying for the Financial Adviser Level 4 status
Outside of work, Katie enjoys socialising and spending time with family and friends, and she also enjoys attending the gym on a regular basis.

Joshua Woodruff

Senior Client Care

Having joined our Practice in 2018, Josh is an important member of our client care team, working with Mireille to ensure our robust processes for guaranteeing high-quality service for clients are delivered.

Outside of his varied role and helping to make sure our Directors have everything they need for client meetings, Josh is currently, studying for Financial Adviser Level 4 status and like all our staff, has a bright future with us.

In his spare time, Josh loves playing football, keeping fit and is a season ticket holder at Sheffield Wednesday.

Blythe Roberts

CLIENT CARE SPECIALIST

Having joined our Practice straight from university Blythe studied BAHons in Human Resource and Business Management where she gained a wide range of knowledge about specific areas of business, especially with employee and customer relations this has helped towards providing excellent client care for this role.  Blythe has developed confidence, as well as a number of communication and client care skills, which have been key aspects of day to day to work in a client orientated environment.  Blythe has been working with Joshua to ensure our robust processes for guaranteeing high-quality service for clients are delivered and maintained.

In her spare time, Blythe enjoy spending time with family and friends, exercising at the gym / walking, researching new recipes to try cooking at weekends and baking
