Caroline Taylor, Practice Manager

Caroline is our Practice Manager with over 25 years’ experience in Financial Services and brings a wealth of experience having worked for a major high street insurance company and a large Financial Advice Practice. She is responsible for ensuring our back-office administration team deliver an exceptional service to our valued clients.

Caroline works closely with the Directors and is heavily involved with the development of the Practice, being committed to contributing to its continued success, ensuring it never become complacent.

Caroline enjoys running, loves socialising with friends and spending time with her family.

Jaye Perkins, Paraplanner

Jaye joined Woodruff Hill in 2012 and is our ‘go to’ person for technical and compliance issues within the Practice. She is responsible for assisting our Partners with research to meet the bespoke needs of each of our clients.

Her role involves report writing, investment analysis and providing supporting evidence for consideration by clients.

Jaye is currently studying for the Chartered Insurance Institute’s Certificate in Paraplanning.

In her spare time, Jaye is a member of a gym and is currently renovating her home.

Katie Cockram, Client Care Coordinator

Katie has been with the Practice since 2015 and takes her title of Customer Care Coordinator very seriously. She is committed to ensuring our client’s experience of our Practice is positive, warm and efficient.

She has a very varied role ensuring our client end-to-end process is slick and robust enabling us to respond to clients very quickly.

She is currently studying for a Senior Financial Services Customer Service qualification.

In her spare time, Katie enjoys socialising and spending time with family and friends, she attends a gym on a regular basis.

Joshua Woodruff, Client Care Apprentice

Josh joined the Practice in 2018 and is an important member of our Client Care team. He works with Katie to ensure our robust processes for ensuring clients receive the service they expect are delivered. His role is varied and involves ensuring our Directors have everything they require when attending client meetings.

Josh is currently studying for a Financial Services Customer Service qualification and like all our staff, he has a bright future with us.

In his spare time, Josh loves playing football and is also a season ticket holder at Sheffield Wednesday.
